Sandra Gass joined RBC in July 2011 and is currently Product Manager, P2P Solutions, based in Toronto. Her responsibilities include leading and managing a team for the implementation of P2P solutions, including system and process enhancements, the implementation and expansion of supplier enablement onto new P2P solutions across North America, increased spend management, increased efficiencies, and enhanced procurement governance.

Sandra has 17 years’ progressive experience across Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor Management and Contract Management, primarily in the financial services industry. Sandra’s recent focus has been on projects for Procure-To-Pay (P2P) and
Source-To-Pay (S2P) initiatives for the end-to-end transformation of RBC’s supply chain, and improved capabilities to support effective spend, contract and supplier management.

Sandra holds a BA in Business Administration from Ryerson University, and a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) designation, is a member of the Supply Chain Management of Ontario (SCMAO), is an active member of Golden Gavel Toastmasters in Richmond Hill, and earned Club President of the Year award with Toastmasters International in 2005-2006 for District 86 in Ontario.
