At Bell, Munish Dhanker leads a team of category experts responsible for the strategic sourcing of the Corporate Services indirect spend category. This represents an annual spend of over $500M comprising categories such as Contingent Workforce, Financial Services, Human Resources, Benefits, Training, IT, Site Services, Mail and Courier etc. The team’s mandate is to source services at the most optimal combination of cost, quality and delivery. These efforts have resulted in delivering over $15M of annual savings in the last year alone while enhancing service levels. All this has been made possible through the efficient utilization of various procurement tools such as e-Auctions, eRFx etc. Our current priority is to implement tools that will further enhance our services sourcing and data analytics capabilities.
