Mathew Moore

Mathew Moore serves as the Head of Corporate Sourcing, Procurement & Payable for BlackBerry Limited (NASDAQ: BBRY; TSX: BB) – a world leader in mobile communications with approximately $4 billion in revenue and approximately 7,000 employees worldwide.  In his role, Mathew has oversight for managing procurement and third-party relationships for the organization across all spend categories globally.  

In this role since 2009, Mathew has created a new Procurement organization elevating capabilities and influence across BlackBerry. As part of the Company’s turnaround, he has built a global organization that is more closely aligned with business units and finance, deeply embedded in the business and is driving sustainable value, more predictive planning and transformation objectives for the Company.

Prior to joining BlackBerry, Mathew worked for KPMG LLP as a Manager in the CFO Transformation consulting practice and is also a Chartered Professional Accountant.  In this role, he led finance and operational improvement programs for private and public sector entities to increase efficiency, reduce costs and build organizational value.

Most recently, Mathew received the Transformation Award, as well as the 2013 Future Procurement Leader Award by Procurement Leaders in London UK, recognized for his leadership and innovative thinking in the procurement profession.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph.
