Manoj Aggarwal

Manoj Aggarwal is the Director of Procurement with over 23 years of experience on mega greenfield and brownfield carbon and sulphur capture facilities, oil and gas processing facilities, cross-country pipelines, oil refineries, petrochemical complexes and chemical port terminals. Mr. Aggarwal’s experience includes liaison with clients and vendors, management of procurement and contracts for multiple offices, and provide strategic direction for Global Procurement Alliance Suppliers. He has led the procurement work stream for integration of procurement policies, procedures, systems, organization and spend for a major acquisition.

His responsibilities have included supporting operations of the business unit, management of project procurement functions (purchasing,subcontracts, expediting, inspection and logistics), development of project-specific procedures, ensuring compliance to corporate policies,guidelines and procedures and management of prime contracts. Manoj’s experience also covers preparing cost estimation and cash flows,conducting financial analyses, sensitivity analyses and market surveys, budget control, cost trending and conducting cost audits.
