Lis Anderson

Lis has twenty nine years of experience in supply chain management. She has done substantive work in procurement, contract and materials management for a plastic injection molder, a global paint and coatings company, a steel storage tank manufacturer, a large construction organization and most recently an equipment dealer. Lis’ focus has been on global buying initiatives with the main objective of reducing costs and stream lining procurement initiatives across multiple facilities. Additionally, she has successfully implemented lean manufacturing techniques, inventory management systems to improve cash flow, supply chain policies and procedures and ERP systems. Currently Lis holds the position of Director, Procurement & Supplier Management at Finning (Canada). In this position, Lis has played an integral part in developing short and long term strategies at a corporate level.
