Carman Ciciretto, is IBM Canada's Procurement Executive and a Leader within IBM's Global Procurement Organization. Carman, has responsibility for strategic sourcing, procurement operations and delivery of Global Procurement Services in support of Customer outsourcing. Carman's organization includes 80 Procurement professionals who manage $1 Billion in indirect spend across 14 categories for IBM Canada.

Carman has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry focused on transformational leadership roles in IBM’s Supply Chain. Carman, has worked to lead IBM's Procurement organization and Customer's Procurement practices from being a tactical function to a group of highly skilled Procurement professionals who understand the impact of savings, compliance, superior service/products and an integrated model driving effectiveness and efficiency not only to the bottom line of the business but in growing revenue at the top line.

Prior to supply chain, Carman led projects for IBM’s Technology Group in Canada where he was responsible for demand creation, development sizing, application management and design engineering teams who implement prioritization of business process in Information Systems delivery.
